Professional outfit, came out to fix our small roof leak when no other company would! Explained the job to me and left the house as they found it…hopefully with a lot fewer leaks though! I had struggled with another skylight specialist to get an appointment even after chasing. As soon as I called Bill I received prompt communications. He was able to quote very quickly from photos I sent him. He booked in a time and arrived on schedule as promised and completed the works very efficiently. I was happy with the Velux skylight he installed. Bill came across as a polite and hard-working individual and I would be happy to engage him again for any future skylight needs.
